Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the competition. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual training. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
