Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights activist, author, model and actor. Her name is well-known for movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). Growing up in an artistic family in New York she wished to pursue a career in the field of arts. Beginning she began as an assistant in photography. Then she shifted her focus towards modeling and directing. She received the Golden Globe Award, for the most promising debutant. MacGraw quickly became famous in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was considered for nomination to an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. Within just three short films she was the highest-rated female box office star worldwide. Her footprints, handwritten in 1972 and autograph were engraved at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. The other films she has appeared on are The Getaway Convoy Players, TV miniseries The Winds of War and other. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw is divorced three times.
